Product: HP951 Cyan

Bought the HP951 combo pack from HP this week(not on Instant Ink). The other colors work fine. Cyan is defective. Is there a way to return the ink or get a replacement? The troubleshooting procedures did not correct the issue.  ...A couple of days have passed and I'm wondering if a new print head would solve the problem. Does anyone have this problem with the HP Officejet Pro 8600??
