Product: HP OfficeJet 8015e
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have bought 2 printers in the last year. The first one was an OfficeJet Pro 6968 and the second is an OfficeJet 8015e. BOTH printers stated that I was low ink on all 4 cartridges within 3 months. I have printed MAYBE 5 pages before I get this. Why? 2 Separate printers, same issue. Both HP of course. These cartridges and printers are BRAND NEW so how could they possibly be empty when I don't even use them? They don't print color at all even though I only use black. [edit]
