Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Installed a brand new 63XL black cartridge. Printer displayed the error message "The indicated cartridge can only be used in the printer that initially used it and must be replaced." It's obviously defective and is not returnable. I would like a replacement.
