Recently ran out of colored ink on my HP OfficeJet Pro 6978. After multiple attempts I was finally able to locate a 902 Combo-pack.

After install, Cartridge levels showed full, except my printer was still not printing any color.

I had this issue the last time I installed my 902XL Black cartridge for which I followed the necessary steps laid out on this forum by a HP rep. What ultimately worked was cleaning the printer head upwards of 10 times before the black cartridge began to work.

I began the same process for my colored cartridges. After 5 attempts of Cleaning the Printerhead, I was able to get the Magenta, Orange and Yellow 1" x 0.5" Squares to appear (very faintly)  on the print out, but still no sign of the Cyan. After 5 more attempts I finally called it quits when my printer started giving me Low Ink Errors on all 4 Cartridges. I haven't been able to print a single thing I've actually needed. I have only printed maintenance pages to get the cartridges to work and now they're all low on ink and I'm out $50+.

Getting ahold of someone from HP  is useless, as there are no contact numbers and the bots just prompt you to come to the forum. I'm pretty fed up with my HP printer. The cartridge issue is just the tip of the iceberg, don't even get me started with WiFi connection issues.

Any suggestions on getting my Cartridges warrantied would be appreciated, or if I'm SOL, I'd like to know.
