My 951xl cyan cartridge ran out of ink.  I installed a new genuine HP 951xl ink cartridge, but got an error.  "There is a problem with the printer or ink system.  Turn printer off, then back on.  If problem persists, contact HP."  I turned the printer off for 10 minutes, then back on, and problem persists.  How do I get a replacement/refund for this defective ink cartridge?
