I recently purchased genuine HP 74/75 ink cartridges. I put them in my printer like I have done a million times and NOTHING! I have tried everything! it prints completely blank sheets and copies completely blank sheets. I have never had this issue. these cartridges hard super hard to find and VERY expensive!! has this happened to anyone else? I have a photosmart c4440. I have the receipt but not the packaging so I doubt it I could return it to the store and I can't find this ink in stock anywhere!

@felinelove55, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.
I see that the printer is printing blank pages. Insert one ink cartridge at a time and try printing to identify the defective ink cartridge.
Perform the steps mentioned in this document - No black ink, wrong colors, other print quality issues
Clean the ink cartridges up to 2 times, and try printing a test page to check the result.
If the issue persists, use alternate/old ink cartridges to check if it works (if available). If not,
