Printing from a MacBook Air
Brand new printer brought a month ago.
Have tried changing the inks to new inks incase it was the inks.
Have done the Print head clean multiple times.
When printing the quality check it prints pink, yellow and orange but no blue or green.
Black ink/ black and white printing is fine.
When photo copying a green and blue page it printed it out to be pink where it was meant to be blue and yellow where it was meant to be green.

Hi Rebecca,
The printhead has likely dried up and the printer needs to be replaced as the printhead is not removable. I have had the same happen to me twice in 7 months and each time HP have sent a new printer about 7-10 days after confirming the fault. There is another person on here with the same issue as you and me where the blue fails to print or only prints a little bit.
If you got an extended warranty with the printer (often free if you register it) then make sure it is transferred to the new printer as HP don't do that unless you ask.
