Product: HP PSC 1610 All-in-One Printer

Brand new HP tricolour printer cartridge 343 purchased, but whenever I print a test report the colour sections are entirely blank. I have tried to clean the print cartridges and the connections, but this has not made any difference. A brand new HP black cartridge was installed at the same time and this is working fine. There are no error messages on my device and I have tried unplugging from the mains for a minimum of 1 minute before trying again.

I am now getting an error message that the alignment has failed if I try to set it.
