Product: HP ENVY 5000 series

I accidentally brought the wrong ink cartridges in argos and only realised they were wrong when i tried putting one in the printer 😞 This means one out of the 2 cartridges is opened so argos will not accept a return. £35 is a steep loss for my small business so i was wondering if there was anyway i could return the cartridges to HP in exchange for the correct ones?

I suggest you contact HP Support in your region for replacement cartridges

 

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
