I have the Bundled warranty but I can't contact support.
if I check the warranty it tells me that the Bundled warranty is active until 2024 (the Factory warranty expired in 2020)
But then, when I select "contact assistance", it tells me that the warranty has expired (factory warranty) and displays the HP Phone Support (Fee Based).
Why when I select "contact hp support" does it not check if the bundled warranty is active, but only checks the status of the factory warranty?
