Product: Envy Pro 6455
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Envy Pro 6455 did not come with "setup" cartridges and I can’t use the printer. Is there any way to bypass the starter ink and setup using regular ink I purchased? I live almost 2 hours from the retailer I bought it from and would hate to have to make a 4 hour trip just to get return and replace. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I found the ones for my OJ Pro 9025e in an unlabeled small brown cardboard box that looked like the other bits of pacing material inside the big box. Hope you have not thrown it all away.

I doubt if the dealer can help so contact HP Support direct -- good luck.

Yeah I kinda dug through the trash to see if they were tossed and they weren't. I think this was returned and someone didn't put the everything back because I'm missing all the manuals as well.

You can phone your dealer or as I said I'd contact HP since you can't be the only person to do this! (read messages here!!!!)
