Hello, I have the same problem, Use SETUP cartridges while I am indeed using them - it happend after printer restart. Please help!

Can someone help me?! Can you send me reset tools? I am waiting already more than a week.

I understand you do not have the setup ink cartridges. We will have to perform an OOB reset on the printer to resolve this issue.

  • The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
  • I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
