After several weeks and many hours wasted trying every suggestion I found on YouTube, and no response from HP support, I finally found the best solution that actually worked. I went to Walmart, bought a new printer, used the starter cartridges, put them back after I got my printer to work, put the brand new non-starter cartridges back in my printer, and returned the new printer I had just bought, back to Walmart the next day. Problem solved.

Thank you for the information. I have sent you a private message with a set of instructions to perform a reset. Kindly check the same, this might help you to resolve this issue. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
Let me know how it goes.

I am having issues setting up my Hp ENVY photo 7155. I did not come with setup cartridges and will not let me navigate away from the screen that says use setup cartridges. Can this be bypassed? Someone please help
