Hi,

 

Just bought a new printer, missing the black setup printer cartridge, grateful for email regarding how to bypass this part of the setup and immediately use it, no time to return to seller/shop. Please help, thanks.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,

We would have to perform an OOBE reset on the printer to bypass the error

  • The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
  • In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon in the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/notes/privatenotespage
