Product: HP envy photo 7830
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My store have sold an HP Envy Photo 7830. It was last printer in stock, so the box and setup ink cartridges is missing. How can we bypass the setup? Kind Regards Eivind, Power Jørpeland

You will need to create a case with HP tech support and they can provide a unit specific code to bypass the setup and use standard cartridges to setup. go to support.hp.com and select the correct country.

Thanks for reply. The only option I got on the support site for this product is to "Visit the HP Support Community" How can I create a case with HP tech support?
