Product: HP Photosmart Premium Fax All-in-One Printer - C309a
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
HP C309a Printer has sat for an extended period of time. I installed new HP ink , the printer prints blank pages. I have used the Clean Printhead tool several times (8) still prints blank pages.
There are no error messagers
Ink has been removed and reinstalled several times
All tags and tape etc. have been properly removed from the ink cartridge

You have some instruction videos on Youtube on how to clean the printhead, if that isn't helping you will need to consider a new printer or a new printhead, whatever comes cheaper. The long period of not being used is killing the printheads.
