After trying an offmarket ink cartridge in my C4480 Photosmart and getting a "faulty or incompatible" error message, I installed a genuine HP cartridge but am still getting same message and am unable to print.  How can I restore print ability?  Thanks.

About an hour later, the printer suddenly roused itself and started printing.  So immediate issue resolved.
