Getting Error code C4BA219 which indicates possible cartridge problem, but cartridges have not come out of their home position to access

Sounds like your printer’s giving you an unexpected detour, error codes, a stuck cartridge, and no easy way to access it! 😅

Let's get this sorted out for you, try the following steps:

 

  1. Turn off the printer and unplug it for safety.
  2. Manually move the carriage to the center. Be gentle to avoid damaging the printer.
  3. Check for obstructions or paper jams that might block the movement.
  4. Re-plug the printer and turn it on again to check if the cartridge returns to the home position.
