Product: HP Officejet 4630 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Other

I have an HP 3830. My printer is only 2 years old and HP has fixed it so I can no longer print. At the most I only print an average of 20  pages a week. I stopped Instant because it was not cost effective for me.  Helpdesk at this site said "YOUR PRINTER IS TOO OLD, YOU NEED A NEW ONE"!  

 

I've only Change the ink cartridges ones and they are still 3⁄4 full Can somebody help me help me?
