I have a HP CLJ M577c printer and when I print color documents to the printer or from the printer itself I get a dark yellow background all over the page covering the entire image. I changed the yellow toner and looked for any debris that may be shorting the cartridge out but don't see anything. I'm using OEM HP toner. When I print the print quality pages from the printer I get the same thing, however if I print a page not requiring color toner it does not happen. Only when I print a document requiring color toner. Black and white document print fine. I'm thinking I have a high voltage issue but not sure. I can't find any information on HP website and the printer is out of warranty. Any suggestions?
