i WAS YRYING TO USE REFILLABLE CARTRDIGES.i GOT AN ERROR MSG ABOUT MY PRINTHEAD SO i REMOVED THE PRINTHEAD. NOW, EVERY TIME i START THE MACHINE (HP 8610) I GET A MSG ABOUT TURNING IT OFF/ON. "iF THIS DOESN'T WORK CONTACT HP". WHAT NOW?

i THINK ITS SOME AIR IN THE INK SYSTEM AND IT WOULD RESOVE IF I COULD 'clean the printhead".

HP does not recommend the use of non-HP ink toners. It may or may not work. HP cannot guarantee its functionality. You may use it at your own discretion.

 

To resolve issues related to the printhead, follow the steps mentioned in this document - Error Indicates Faulty Printhead

 

If the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service options for your printer. 

You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
