Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP

The problem is the CP2025 will not print from the yellow toner - no matter what - but it is recognized in the printer - and even the supplies status page show the cartridge and its remaining life...    Also I did try a new cartridge and I get the same - no yellow...   So it is missing the yellows,

HP Recommended

On both a Windows 10 and other system I get the same thing..  And when I print the test page the same..  And when I disconnect and just do the test pages the same...   Very aggravating..
