macOS 11.0 Big Sur

Hi - I hope someone can offer some guidance.

I have a cp2025 that is printing color horizontal bars across the page as in the image below.

This was a Black and White print job. The problem is very inconsistent. The first three prints may have these bars and the next 4 pages do not.

Other times there is just a single black bar or faded black bar, not all color. 

Some applications are worse about this than others. 

Cleaning often cures the issue temporarily.

I do not see any other errors. 

If you suggest this is an issue related the electrical connections or anything related to the cartridge ground or HV contact or power supply, please offer suggestions that a novice would understand. I have no idea what those are or where to find them.

One more thing... 

Overall, the quality of the color printer has become worthless. I also attached a Demo page below immediately after cleaning mode. It looks like crap.

Replace all 4 toners, it's very likely that the toners you are using are making this issue.

Thank you for your reply. What makes you think it is "very likely" the cartridges? And why would it be all 4?

That kind of issue you are having can be because of non-genuine toners or using toners with critically low supply levels.
