Can 6ZA18AE Cartridge be used In A Smart Tank Printer Instead of 3YP17AE ?

I have an HP Smart Tank 750 printer. The manual says that the correct colour printhead is the 3YP17AE.

A local dealer says that the 6ZA18AE printhead is also compatible with the Smart Tank 750. An internet search shows that some online shops are also stating the same thing. Maybe they have old stock that they wish to move. But the box of the 6ZA18AE printhead does not mention compatibility with the Smart Tank 750.

The  6ZA18AE is actually smaller than the 3YP17AE recommended by HP. I have attached a picture. It appears that the smaller 6ZA18AE will connect with the ink feed tubes and print.  

My question is will print quality or the printer suffer if I use the smaller 6ZA18AE printhead instead of the correct  3YP17AE?

Your advice would be appreciated.

Using a different printhead, especially one that's smaller and not explicitly recommended by HP for your printer model, could lead to various issues:

Thank you very much for your reply.  I am sure that the 3YP17AE is the best cartridge for my printer to avoid any issues. The problem is that the correct colour cartridge 3YP17AE is not available anywhere in my country. All the shops sell the smaller 6ZA18AE and inform me that it will work fine. Maybe they are trying to move older stock. 

So although I want to purchase the correct cartridge 3YP17AE, I may have little choice. I have searched on the internet for the 3YP17AE and the postage costs are way too high for one item and the total cost would be about €65. The  6ZA18AE is available locally for about €15 - €20.
