Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I have an HP 2134 printer and now im using in sri lanka (south Asia) , now its difficult to find HP 302 cartridge for this device, our technician says its not available in south asian countries, can you advice me for any HP cartridge for this device or as mentioned on HP official website (https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_2405837-1980674-16) it says HP63 is compatible for this printer, but technician says it wont support. is it practically possible to use HP63 cartridge for sure...Thank you..

To assist you better, did you buy this printer in Sri Lanka?

If yes, then you may use the HP 63 ink cartridges. 

 

HP 302 ink cartridges are used in the Western Europe region.

If you bought this printer in the European region and now moved to Sri Lanka, we need to perform a region reset on the printer so that you can use the HP 63 ink cartridges.
