I’d like to know if I can print card stock on my printer? If so, how much lb?

Welcome to the HP English Community --

Index paper / HP Card Paper (110lb / 200 gsm) is not listed as a paper type option.

The printer supports "Brochure / Professional" paper at 180 gsm.

There might be a way to fool the printer EWS - but the heavier paper is not supported, so - ??

You can print on Brochure paper in standard Paper Size (Letter / A4).

Load paper in Tray 1 (not photo tray)

Next

EWS / Printer Control Panel- Tell the Printer about the paper loaded into the printer

Set Paper Size to "Letter 8.5 X 11"

Set to Paper Type "Specialty Paper - Matte"

Next,

HP Smart or Microsoft Photos - Windows - can be set to print the content in the size you want on the larger paper.

HP Smart - Mobile - is less robust -- print size tends to follow paper.

Printing Images in iOS does support a Manual Resize option -- not exact and hardly accurate.

What else?

You might get away with printing on the Index paper -- the EWS Paper Size / Type settings might be the same with the possible exception that you might be able to change the paper size.  You still need to use Tray 1 - The photo tray supports photo paper.

Application / Print Job configuration might be as you expect -- much depends on your Unknown Operating System / version, device, and the application / software used.
