HP ENVY 4500 ink cartridge cannot get, change color ink cartridge prompt off screen after I put in full cartridge

To print in single-cartridge mode, remove one of the ink cartridges, and then continue to print as usual. The printer control panel or computer screen might display a message to install the missing cartridge. To clear the message and continue with the print job, click or press OK.

To resolve the issue with color ink, I'd suggest you follow the steps from the document HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge.

Also, Update the printer firmware

Download available firmware updates from the HP website

With the printer on and connected to the computer, go to HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads, and then identify your printer. Look for and install any available firmware updates. Refer to the document HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
