HP ENVY 6452e All-in-One Printer

I cancelled my instant ink plan because my printer wasn’t working. I reset my printer and it works now and I started a new plan with instant ink. Can I still use the ink cartridges from the old plan or do I have to wait for a new shipment? It shows that my ink cartridges are good on the app but it only prints blank pages. But it prints like it’s using the ink.

Hi @MexiJo,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd be happy to help you!

Typically, ink cartridges from a cancelled HP Instant Ink plan can no longer be used once the plan is cancelled. This is because the cartridges are tied to the specific Instant Ink account and are designed to be disabled once the plan is discontinued.

If you have a new HP Instant Ink plan, you will receive new cartridges as part of that plan, and you will need to use those cartridges with your new plan. If you have any unused cartridges from your cancelled plan, it's best to recycle them according to local regulations.
