Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

can not clean printhead, 1 1/2 year old the same thing happened to my 8035e.  These   printers only lasts about 1-2 years. I cant afford to keep buying new printers. I  I can not remove the printhead from either of these printers.

 

Whats the solution ?? I have only used HP cartridges,

Dou you print regurally or not. If you don't print for a longer period, that is causing issues on both printers.
