Product: HP ENVY 6065e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: macOS 10.12 Sierra

The document that HP offers on how to install cartridges is NOT helpful. I need a video. I have a 6065e printer. My printer uses 67/67XL ink cartridges. Now they are sending me 67/305, which are way bigger - I see that many people are having the same problem. There are no videos on Youtube. Anyone have a video?? I've tried and if I force the cartridge in, I'm afraid it will break my printer. Please help!

I believe the ink cartridges that you received are a new batch. Even though they look different, I'm sure that they will fit inside your printer. This video will show you how to install them: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uNAdOob1fj4
