Just loader the HP driver on my new computer for my printer. When I select the print menu to begin printing I no longer have the option to select black or color printing. The printer prints fine.

@Rich410, Welcome to HP Support Community,
Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
It seems you are experiencing a limitation with the printing preferences on your new computer, specifically with selecting between black or color printing using the HP driver. Here are some steps you can try to resolve this issue:
Check Printer Driver Settings:
- Open the document you wish to print.
- Go to "File" then click "Print."
- Select your HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 printer from the list.
- Click on "Printer Properties," "Properties," or "More Settings" depending on the application.
- Look for options related to "Color" or "Grayscale." If these options are not visible, ensure you are using the correct driver for your printer model.
Update or Reinstall the Printer Driver:
- Visit the HP Support Website and search for your HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 model.
- Download the latest printer driver compatible with your operating system.
- Follow the installation instructions to update or reinstall the driver.
Check the HP Smart App:
- If you installed the HP Smart app, you can manage printer settings and preferences directly from the app.
- Open the HP Smart app and go to your printer.
- Look for settings that allow you to choose between color and black printing.
Verify Printing Preferences:
- Go to "Printers & scanners" in your Windows settings.
- Select your HP printer and click "Manage."
- Choose "Printing preferences" to adjust default print settings, including color options.
I hope this helps.
