Hello everyone!
I have brought my HP Envy 6055e printer with me when I moved back to Serbia from the USA. But, I wasn’t taking into consideration that I might have a problem with finding the cartriges here. Actually, there are no 67 HP cartriges anywhere in Europe. Can my printer work with some other cartrige and if not is there any solution to this? I have read somewhere that I can do a region reset of the printer. Does that really work? I would really appreciate if someone would explain to me the process.

I understand you moved, and the printer is not accepting the new region cartridges.

 

NOTE: regional reset is attempted on a best-effort basis, it might not work on all printers. 

If this does not work, we cannot re-attempt it as it may brick the printer

 

 We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.

 

The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instructions to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.

 

In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.

Hi HP Community,

I moved from the US to Spain recently with my HP Envy Pro 6455.  When the printer ran out of ink, I found no HP 67 ink cartridges to be found.  Except through international order with expensive shipping.

Is there another alternative for my printer, like a compatible European HP ink cartridge or doing a regional reset on my printer as I have been finding out about?
