Product: Hp Envy 4502

I can’t find my Hp 61 black cartridges anywhere. Only 61XL but when I bought that, my printer would big work at all. Message received  my printer could not use XL cartridge. What is going on with this product. Plenty of tri-color but no black!! Help!!

I understand you would like to purchase the HP black ink cartridge for the printer. Kindly visit the online HP Store to order or visit a local store nearby.

 

If the ink cartridge is not available, you may dial the Sales support number available on the link mentioned above.
