Can’t find the option to print in colour

I can’t find the option to print in colour from my phone or laptop. The image shows in colour but prints in black and white. I have looked in printer properties and preferences but there isn’t an option to change

Perform the following tasks in the order given to resolve the print quality issue with your printer. Use the printer after each task to see if the issue is resolved.

Clean the printhead (HP Smart app)
Clean the ink smears (HP Smart app)
Check ink cartridges
Very low ink levels, using non-HP cartridges, and rough handling can cause print quality issues.
Check the paper, print settings, and quality of the file being printed
Print an alignment page with the HP Smart App
