Product: HP Color LaserJet Enterprise M751dn
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We have the Color LaserJet M751 printer that we bought November 2020. We have the replace toner collection unit notification. The problem is there are none to be found. In talking to a service manager that sells and repairs HP products, he says HP has been the worst when it comes to making more parts like this. We basically have a $3,000 machine we will soon not be able to use. For anyone that also has this problem, has any resolved it or gotten anywhere with HP? I think they should give us some sort of refund. The part in question is the HP LaserJet 3WT90A Toner Collection Unit.
