Can’t get my officejet 4620 to print black. All cartridges are new. Have run head cleaning several .

Office jet 4620, 8 years old, not used that much. Replaced all ink cartridges with new HP ones . Always used HP.  Can’t get black to print . Cleaned head several times, once manually with alcohol. Colors on test sheet look perfect but no black print. my go to person said buy a new one . Any ideas?

I see that the printer is not printing in black. Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - Black Ink Not Printing and other Print Quality Issues

Use an alternate black ink cartridge(old/new) if available, and check if it helps.

If the issue persists with 2 different black ink cartridges, we can conclude the issue is with the printer.

As the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
