I want to clean the print head on my HP 9125e inkjet.  I open the HP Smart App on my Mac and click the picture of my printer.  Then I click on the Print Quality Tools option and a message comes up that there are "No available Printer Tools".  Then I tried going to the Advanced Settings option (as recommended in another HP Support post) but Safari comes up with a message that this Connection is not Private and may be compromised because its certificate is not valid.  So how do I clean my print head?

You can run the printhead cleaning on the printer directly

Thanks.  I know that, and I already did run it from the printer panel.  But it's much more convenient to run from HP Smart and I don't understand why it doesn't work like it should from either of the menu options that are supposed to get to the Clean Printhead option.
