Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve the issue with missing colour print options.
Restart the Printer
- Turn off the printer. Unplug the power cord from the printer and the wall outlet.
- Press and hold the power button for 15-20 seconds.
- Then wait for at least 60 seconds. Plug the power cord back in and turn on the printer.
Update Printer Firmware (Update the firmware on an HP printer | HP® Support)
- Go to the HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads page. Enter your printer model number and search for the latest firmware update. Follow the instructions to download and install the firmware update.

Download and install easy start: HP DeskJet 2630 All-in-One Printer Software and Driver Downloads | HP® Support
Please check if color printing is available from another device, and try printing test pages to confirm that the color is working correctly.
