Printer only print black. Changed cartridges. Check levels. Changed cartridges again because we were told we may have had old ink. Still won’t work. Printer won’t even give us the option to choose color on our print screen (laptop), only black. Printed a status report and they don’t even show up there! See attached.

I understand you are unable to print in colour, If you have already performed the steps from the document Black or Color Ink Not Printing and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure. Please reach out to HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link: www.hp.com/contacthp/
