Product: HP DeskJet 2622 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan
I just ordered a color refill cartridge from GHP because I could not find the correct one HP65 at walmart. I talked to a tech at HP who worked with me for an hour to get the printer set up again and on wi-fi, We couldn't get it to print from wi=fi so set it up with a cord connected to my older Mac 0s X. When it was set up I didn't have a color cartridge in the printer. After receiving the right cartridge from HP I inserted it but cannot print in color. I unplugged it. I reinserted the cartridge. I unplugged it without the cartridge in it. All to no avail.
