When I try printing on premium, permanent vinal, the finished product is covered with wet, tiny bubbles.  It does not dry.  What am I doing wrong?

That type of media is not supported therefore inks won't be able to dry fast enough. Printer only supports

 

Plain paper, Matte Brochure Papers, Glossy Brochure Papers, Photo papers, Envelopes, Other specialty inkjet papers
