Hi @Rey82,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I understand you want to cancel your HP Instant Ink account and delete your payment information. Here are the steps you can follow:

Cancel HP Instant Ink Subscription

1. Visit the HP Instant Ink Website:

  • Open your web browser and go to the HP Instant Ink website.
  • Log in to your HP Instant Ink account using your email and password.

2. Navigate to Account Settings:

  • Click on the hamburger menu (three horizontal lines) in the top left corner of the screen.
  • Select "Account" or "My Account".

3. Cancel Subscription:

  • Under the "Subscription" section, find the option to cancel your Instant Ink plan.
  • Click on "Cancel Subscription" or "End Service".
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the cancellation. You may need to remove any devices associated with the Instant Ink plan and return any ink cartridges if applicable.

Delete Payment Information

1. Access Payment Settings:

  • While logged into your HP Instant Ink account, go to the "Account" tab at the top of the page.
  • Look for the "Payment Information" section.

2. Delete Payment Information:

  • Click on the option to delete or remove your payment information.
  • Follow the prompts to confirm the deletion

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
