HP Recommended

HP OfficeJet 5740.  Cancelled my instant ink account, I purchased original HP ink cartridge 62 & 67, NOT an instant ink one.  Tried the hard reset and still getting message.  This is absolutely ridiculous, I paid for the printer, I paid for the NON instant ink cartridge, it should work. Printer will only print using black cartridge. I need to print in color. I would have never signed up for Instant Ink. HELP!!!  If I can't fix this, I'll buy Brother printers from now on!
