Trying to connect new printer to HP Instant ink. Printer is all setup and connected to web via wifi. It prints with no issue and I can also print via eprint as well. Everything seems to be working fine.

I go onto The instant ink page and log in and go through the process of adding new printer,  I follow the instructions and when it gets to the page that says "Enrolling this printer" and show me my printer which is correct as the serial number matches but below that it says that the printer is offline and cannot go any further. I have done hard and soft resets. I have also tried to set it up at 3 different locations in case it was a problem with the home network. At one location i already have a printer on instant ink and that communicates fine so why not this one. What ever I try it will not show as online and proceed with instant ink. It is def online as i can print using eprint. Any Help ??

Request you to reach out the UK Instant Ink Support Team over the phone regarding this as this looks like a server issue.
