I'm having serious issues printing ANY pdf in colour. I've tried the following;
Checked the greyscale is NOT selected...
Uninstall and reinstall printer driver.
Uninstall and reinstall Adobe reader (and other readers).
Cleared Registry of any stale entries.
Changed Colour cartridge.
Nothing has helped and I'm getting very frustrated with it now. If anyone can provide some sort of idea, I'd greatly appreciated it!
Go to Solution.
Try following below specific version of the HP Print and Scan Doctor Utility by selecting your printer:
Be sure to restart your PC and allow the utility to complete the process, then check for any difference.
Try printing and check for any change, if the same remains try printing using the newly added print queue copy (Copy1) and check for any difference.
That worked! What's so different with this version than any other version?
I've literally been banging my ahead against a wall for weeks!
Thanks a lot!
