Try these steps:
First, check the waste toner tank by opening the printer’s front or side panel (refer to your printer manual for the exact location). Locate the waste toner tank, which collects excess toner during printing. If it’s full, replace it with a new one or try emptying it carefully over a trash bin.
Next, reinstall the waste toner tank by removing it and reinserting it securely. Ensure it clicks into place properly, then close the printer panel and restart the printer.
Try resetting the printer by turning it off and unplugging it for 5 minutes. Plug it back in and turn it on to see if the error disappears.
Lastly, update the printer firmware. Go to HP Support, search for your printer model, and check for firmware updates. Install any available updates and restart the printer.
