HP Neverstop Laser MFP 1202w

I have a Neverstop MFP 1202w that has been working great for 2 + years.  I have added toner at least a half dozen times and replaced the drum cartridge once.  Unfortunately I am not able to get the reload kit to turn 180 degrees this time.  I had a refill that was leaking some toner out of the package and it failed to load.  Today I tried with another new one that did not have this problem.  (We have always refilled with genuine HP toner.)

 

Based on other posts I have tried resetting the printer by removing power for 60 seconds, I successfully updated the firmware to 20230403, and I also tried cleaning the sensors on the cartridge and in the loading area with rubbing alcohol in case the previous attempt made a mess.  Are there any additional troubleshooting steps I can try?
