Hello I recently enrolled and installed my InstantInk from HP after months of replacing HP ink and shortages due to quarantine. I recently had to get after market ink due to shortages in stores and online which made me enroll in InstantINK. After I installed my HP instant Ink, I kept getting an carriage jam error. Is this an error due to drivers and software update or is this an error due to an update? I keep getting an error on devices on my HP print doctor scans. There is no paper jam in printer and I have powered on and off my PC. Please advise.
