I have an HP envy 4511, and the ink carriage is stuck all the way to the right. Like one cartridge underneath the plastic flap all the way right. There are no paper jams, I can’t move it manually, I have plugged and unplugged it a lot. I even have it dissected to the point I can see the whole carriage holder without the top on. I would really like help on how to free it from its stuck position without having to buy a new one. I also don’t have a warranty on it, I got it from my aunt who said it was working fine when she had it.
