Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Error message says "Print Carriage cannot move" When I open the access door, the carriage does not move over to the open accessible space, but remains behind the plastic partition on the right side of the access door so I cannot ensure that the cartridges are in correctly.  There is no paper jam.
